With a new year, we have decided to revision the relatively new annual student showcase. To better fit our season and experiences for students and our curriculum, we have moved the showcase to the fall semester after our Texas Thespian Festival to be able to provide us opportunities to showcase students who perform Thespy’s at festival, along with our other talent and abilities for other members in our company. Especially this year leading into a musical, we feel providing this show opportunity in the fall can assist new students to the company an experience auditioning for something to be performed on the PAC stage and assist with their confidence leading towards the musical. This will still provide us an opportunity to showcase our accolades for students at Texas Thespians, but also provide opportunities for those with less experience make the stage to showcase their abilities!
Auditions will be announced at a later date. Students who participate in Thespy’s are only expected to present if desired/ they receive superior rating. More details and flexibility in the performance times and information to come.
Tech rehearsal will take place on Wednesday, November 20th beginning at 3:00pm, and will finish based on how many acts are performing.
